Opportunities

WORSHIP

We meet for worship every Sunday 10:45 am. Each Sunday we need greeters, ushers, communion servers, and a liturgist.

CHOIR

Our choir leads the congregation in worship each Sunday. They practice every Sunday morning at 9:30 am at the church. Contact Steve Ross, our Choir Director, for information about the choir.

COMMUNITY LIFE

The first Sunday of each month our family of faith gathers for a shared meal immediately after worship service. Bring your favorite dish to share and join us!

KITCHEN TEAM

This group needs your help making coffee, setting up for meals, or hosting social events.

NEWSLETTER

Our newsletter, The Common Thread, is mailed monthly. Help with the folding is always appreciated. The time of the folding will be announced each month.

VOLUNTEER IN THE CHURCH OFFICE

We need help making phone calls and preparing mailings. Willingness to extend a pleasant welcome is required. To volunteer call: 525-9555.

FOOD PANTRY

Every Friday afternoon, our church passes out 2,000 to 3,000 pounds of food to families in our area who are in need. We need volunteers (especially those with pick-up trucks or strong muscles!) to pick up food and shelve the food on Thursday afternoon. We need workers to greet families and staff the pantry on Fridays from 3:00-6:00 pm. Even if you can only come help for an hour, you will be blessed!

To volunteer to help with the Food Pantry, call the church office at 525-9555.
